Greetings to all our customers and colleagues who helped us survive the most difficult time of our century, right after starting our journey. In this period, our belief got stronger that “great customer relationship, customer service, value add and team spirit pays”. As a new company, even in these most difficult times, we could sustain on these philosophy. I’m grateful to many, especially to my team members’ patience, which helped to tide over the challenges.
We evolved as a more customer centric organization where “Customer’s KPIs became our KPIs” and we moved to a stage which is beyond just product supply.
In this knowledge industry, good and high-quality products are must for survival, competence and team is what eventually matters. At WAFPL we cherish that strength apart from the latest technology & products from Europe. We focus on our good, better, and best products with the same importance in terms of value add to our customers. The objective is to give optimum value at a lower expense. We are thankfully getting more and more customers with trust to address their critical applications and to address their difficulties. Thanks to our local application and R&D team.
